For many of us, this time of year where we are post-silly season and entering the New Year can leave us feeling depleted. For many of us, there may also be this pressure to be in a state of “doing” or “setting big goals” for the year ahead.

I would love to invite you to a Medicinal Sunday, a nourishing treat for your mind, body and nervous system.

Utilising the medicine of plants, gentle movement, sound and a guided meditation, this experience will invite your body into the state of “being”. 

DATE: Sunday 28th January 2024

TIME: 3pm – 5:30pm (AEDT)

LOCATION: Health Hub @ Hastings Point, Tweed Coast Road

INVESTMENT: $35 + booking fee

INCLUSIONS:

  • The use of essential oils to ground into the space, aromatically cleanse and heighten your meditation experience – this includes use of the oils on the day + a hand-made gift to take home with you on the day
  • A guided restorative yoga practice, with gentle poses aimed to soothe the nervous system and calm the mind in preparation for meditation (suitable for all levels and yoga experience)
  • A guided meditation journey, working with the elements and seasons of the Earth to leave you feeling nourished and connected to your state of “being”
  • Herbal tea and nourishing, sensual snacks

PLEASE BRING:

  • A cushion or bolster if you have one – I have a few but if you would to bring your own that would be wonderful!
  • Wear comfortable clothing that you feel good to move in
