Meditation – ‘the Emotion Code’ – Tao – Kirtan

Steven Layer :

is a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner (CECP), a Counsellor, bestselling Author in the area of health & healing and has recently built ‘The Octagon’, a beautiful healing & meditation centre.

Born and raised in a small woodsy town near Boston (USA), he now lives in the shadow of Mount Warning (Wollumbin) where he runs Emotion Code sessions and holds space for groups.

Starting his career as a Systems Engineer, he was the founder and CEO of a number of software companies. His life changed direction at the age of 38 when he faced likely death due to cancer and experienced a spontaneous healing and a great shift in consciousness that he describes as ‘not a miracle, but the laws of nature’ detailed in his book (‘Inner Sky – Life Begins where Resistance Ends’). Soon after this, Steven sold his company and left the corporate world to fulfill his lifelong passion of ‘helping people help themselves’.

Steven will share what the Emotion Code is, how it works and how it can help you directly. He will present some real-life case studies of outcomes from people who have had an Emotion Code session and are active members of the Earth Meditation Tribe .

Kathryn Riding-

Kathryn will be weaving in some sacred sounds and leading the kirtan – she plays many musical instruments including harmonium , crystal bowls and chimes.

Kathryn is a voice and yoga teacher with 40 years of experience. She taught voice at NIDA for many years and is a WAAPA graduate. She is also a poet and published author with ABC books and Harper Collins Flamingo .

Kathryn loves sharing Nada yoga – sound yoga – inviting participants to raise their vibration through with the healing vibration of sound and mantra.
