Come down and experience the magic of Breathwork, Morning Movement, Meditation and Community

This Year we are creating the space for some Morning Magic for the Men of The Northern Rivers – Start Your Day off right with Connection, Power and Intention as we come together to raise the collective energy of our beautiful place on the earth

This is truly a powerful way to start your day that will leave you feeling refreshed, energized and stress free whilst connecting with and building a community of empowered and conscious men.
