Do you want to reduce the effects of stress and anxiety? Feel calmer? Enjoy a greater sense of peace from the first session?

What is Mindfulness Meditation and is it for me?

Meditation is the practice of sitting, on purpose and with purpose, focusing on our breath or senses. Through this we are able to experience a greater sense of peace and calm, quietening the chatter of the mind that can hijack our lives with its stories of the past or worries of the future.

Mindfulness is bringing an open awareness to the present moment, focusing on this very moment. It is the practice of choosing to observe rather than engage with our thoughts or stories we tell ourselves, without judgement or harsh criticism.

Do you want to :

  • sleep better
  • reduce stress, worry and anxiety
  • experience a greater sense of happiness and freedom
  • reduce your reactivity to stressful situations
  • build more meaningful relationships – with yourself and with others
  • create better self-compassion and emotional flexibility

If you answered YES to any of these come along to enjoy the benefits of a regular meditation practice. With the guidance of these sessions, you can be transforming your life from one of stress and turmoil to peace and calm right from day one. While you can join in as often or as little as you like, with a regular practice in as little as 8 weeks you will feel a complete change in your thinking and reactions to life’s challenges.
