Friday evenings reimagined.

A monthly gathering for those wishing to spend it in a magic bubble…

This magic bubble is a safe and supportive space where you can let go and give yourself a time-out from your busy schedule to replenish and regulate your nervous system and soul. The gentle and guiding nourishment includes individual energetic clearing, intention setting, mindful movement and meditation with Shamanic sound healing – a truly whole being experience that seeks to nurture and improve physical-mental-emotional functioning for enhanced inner harmony and health.

Not only are there the individual re-connection practices, this evening ends with a campfire under the stars at the magical and luxurious location of Cabarita Beach Farm Stay. Only 10 minutes from Cabarita Beach and Pottsville, it feels as though you have ventured to the hinterland; away from the busyness and surrounded by nature – quiet, calm yet full of life. Enjoy a cup of tea or ceremonial-grade hot cacao (provided by us) and soul chats around the fire about anything and everything!

Designed with mindfulness, these monthly evenings will enlighten the spark within you, that essential life force to help you experience more flow, ease and joy in life.

Receive:

  • Energetic clearing through sound + smoke
  • Guided mindful movement + meditation + breathwork
  • Gentle individual energy healing
  • Cup of tea / ceremonial hot cacao
  • Campfire
  • Use of yoga mat, blankets and props as needed

Step out of stress and into sacredness.

Welcome home.
