About

This class is welcoming and nurturing space for mums and their bubs. A space to dance, move and connect with a strong like-minded community of mums who love to dance.

This class is beginner and advanced dancer friendly. No matter where you are at on your dance journey, Ellie will make sure you feel comfortable to work out, practice dance technique and perform. But most of all have so much fun!!

Wear your sneakers and bring a water bottle. Of course, bring anything you need for your bub – a mat, baby carrier, toys, snacks etc. Ages 0-5 years welcome in the class.

This dance class runs for one hour and begins with a fun cardio, stretch and strength based warm up. Leading into dance technique exercises, then onto learning the routine, which is performed as a group at the end of class. All exercises and routines are choreographed and taught by teacher Ellie. Check out some of our latest routines on Instagram @rare_dance.

We can’t wait to dance with you! x
