Emma’s Natural Rhythm Workshops are a safe and supportive place to learn the tools and techniques to replenish and regulate your nervous system and soul to improve physical-mental-emotional functioning for enhanced inner harmony and health. Hone gentle self-awareness to release stress-related patterns held within body and mind.

In harmony with life, these workshops connect with natural cycles to bring balance to mind-body-soul. Designed with intention and essential teachings of Mother Nature, these workshops help us experience more flow, ease and joy in our lives. Step out of stress and into sacred rhythm that evokes holistic wellbeing, expands your heart and aligns you with life-force, health and vitality.

Built upon ancient wisdom, intuitive knowledge and scientific understanding, reconnect with your highest self to experience greater levels of self-knowing that will transform your life in inspiring and surprising ways!

  • Energetic clearing through sound + smoke
  • Gentle bodywork massage (with permission)
  • Guided journal practice

Please BYO: Yoga mat, journal, pen, blanket, pillow/cushion, water, eye pillow (optional)

Location: Pottsville Beach Community Hall, 1 Tweed Coast Road Pottsville NSW 2489

Time: Arrive just after 6pm for a 6:15pm start. Finish by 7:45pm

Dates: Starting October 6th, these will be held fortnightly on Friday evenings.
