‘The best first aid course I have completed. I am required as part of my job to have first aid training completed every 3 years. I have never enjoyed the training, and have actually found it quite unprofessional, until now. I completed a combination of online theory with assessment, and a practical in person component at the end. Both were perfect. I feel like I fully learnt this time.’
