Welcome to Phoenix Sound Healing.

My small group sessions for children are intentionally crafted to create a safe space where they can release stress, anxiety and negative energies – allowing them to connect inwards.

I invite your little one to join me in this sacred dance of sound and energy. We begin with some deep breathing and engaging their imagination with a mini guided meditation. I then encourage your little one to relax their body, close their eyes and allow the melodies of the crystal bowls to envelop them in a tapestry of serenity, love and healing.

I provide mats & cushions. You’re welcome to bring your child’s favourite blanket or cuddly toy if you feel it would help them to feel cozy and relaxed.

Parent/caregiver must be present for the duration of the session. Children who prefer their own space can have their adult sitting behind their mat or in the waiting room adjacent, whereas little ones who prefer close contact can share the mat with you. You will also receive the benefits of the sound healing during the session 🙂

I look forward to welcoming you!
