Details

Welcome to Phoenix Sound Healing.

My private 1:1 sessions are intentionally crafted to create a safe space where you can release stress, anxiety and negative energies – allowing you to connect inwards.

I invite you to join me in this sacred dance of sound and energy. We will begin the session with a small chat to set intentions of what you would like to release and/or nurture during your sound healing session. Then we will practice deep breathing, preparing you to relax your body, close your eyes and allow the melodies of the crystal bowls to envelop you in a tapestry of serenity, love and healing.

I provide everything you need to feel like you’re in a cozy cocoon for the duration of your session. All you need to bring is your beautiful self.

I look forward to welcoming you!
