Join me for a dynamic Pilates session designed to enhance your strength, mobility, and overall well-being.

What to expect

Total Body Workout: Get ready to engage and tone every muscle in your body, from head to toe. We’ll work on strengthening your core, lengthening your muscles, and improving your posture.

Fun and Dynamic Sequences: Classes are filled with dynamic movements and creative sequences that will keep you engaged and motivated throughout.

Equipment: Mats are provided, so all you need to bring is yourself, comfortable workout attire, and a water bottle.

Who Can Join: This class is open to everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. Pilates is great for beginners to increase overall strength, as well as seasoned athletes to help enhance performance and reduce injury.

Location: We’re in the Paradiso Resort in Kingscliff. Walk straight in and turn right at the fish pond.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund up to 3 hour ahead of class. No refund less than 3 hours notice. Please text me on 0499 299 053 to let me know.
