Guided Nature Therapy Walk
This is a shorter Nature Therapy Walk for those who would like a small taste of what one is like. It’s for anyone who feels the need to re-connect, slow down, feels stressed, has been unwell, has had trauma and feels out of balance.
I would love you to join me as we move through a grounding meditation, followed by a slow sensory Nature Therapy walk through the Littoral Forests at Fingal Head then spending some time on the beach.
No phones, no pressure, nothing but time to slow down, de-stress and re-connect with nature and your surroundings.
