INTRO

The Sacred Ayana Breathwork Academy is an extraordinary journey that takes you to the next level of deep connection and self-discovery. It is a transformative experience that allows you to forge a profound sense of connection with the world around you, as well as a palpable understanding of yourself and your purpose.

This journey is not a hasty plunge, but rather a deliberate and conscious descent into the depths. It is a deep exploration of the roots of your being, your dreams, your soul and the vast underworld of your psyche. This work unravels the aspects of yourself that you may have hidden in the archetypal shadows of your mind.

In this process, you may uncover elements of yourself that you had disowned in order to conform to the egoic, mechanistic and competitive values of modern Western culture. Within this process we unearth the pieces of your psyche that make you uniquely you – exquisitely, creatively, and vibrantly you. Your authentic self and eternal soul, with all its wild beauty, awaits you in this excavation.

WITHIN A 90 MIN SESSION WE WILL

  • Center and ground
  • Get to know the breath in its pure essence
  • Experiment with different styles of breathwork
  • Go on a journey together to find and unite missing parts of ourselves
  • Connect to the source of all creation and receive beautiful downloads and wisdom
  • Learns tools and techniques to harness the power of your breath day-to-day
  • Share and care for each other, reintegrate together

WHY BREATHWORK?

Learning to breathe from the Breath itself is one of the greatest gifts we have as humans and when we learn how to work with the breath to navigate the waters of our innerworld life changes.

The benefits are wide-ranging and it has been deemed a magical medicine, curing mental health challenges, prolonged physical conditions, releasing stale trauma and making space for the new to bloom.

Breathwork is an active meditation in which we use the breath along with music to help the mind release and connect to the wisdom of the body. We consciously change your breathing pattern to change your mental, emotional and physical state.

THE SACRED OX-GEN STYLE

We use continuous deep circular breath to enter a self-induced and powered meditative state where memories, pictures, emotions or body sensations can surface to be reviewed, released, rewired and reintegrated.
