🎵You will hear & feel deep vibrational music with a wide variety of frequencies & sounds from Tibetan & Crystal Bowls, Drum, The Nepalese on body “Golden Bowl”, different percussion instruments & the didgeridoo played by the Gold Coasts Jay Namaste. 🎵

🍎🍇🥝 We will finish the evening with the absolutely beautiful “Walk of Gratitude & Appreciation”…this one I will keep a secret…I’ll tell you on the night…you will be so glad you came to experience this alone! Then we will dine together in a “Fruit Floor Feast” from the different fruit offerings that have embodied all the vibrational sounds from the evening’s adventure. 🍎🍇🥝

♥️Before I was anxious and fatigued. During I was relaxed/peaceful. After I was still peaceful & my heart rate had slowed down. Thank you.

♥️I felt quite anxious for the past couple months and even today specifically, wasn’t the best with time management but as soon as I arrived at the space I started to feel calmer. 

♥️ The cacao ceremony was the perfect way to settle in and I felt so seen and heard. I was pleasantly surprised by the aromatherapy aspect of the session. I liked the drum that was aimed at my different chakras. I felt strong and brave after the session was done. Thank you so much Kara.

🧸 Anything that will make you feel comfortable for the sound journey definitely a pillow, yoga mat & blanket, teddy,

(If you have back issues bring an extra pillow to put under your legs & an extra yoga mat if you wish)

🧸2 Pieces of fruit for the fruit altar & feast – so nourishing!

🧸 A crystal or piece of jewellery for the alter to soak up the sound vibrations for you to take home with you

🧸 A scarf for one of the activities. The lighter the material the better, think floating material. I have some spares

🧸 A eye mask or something extra to cover your eyes so you can drop in further to receive the sounds

It’s quite an interesting path that Kara has taken to end up being in Sound Healing and Music as a DJ, Vocalist and Songwriter. Her interest in Health & Healing began in high school which led her to complete a Bachelor of Applied Science Health Promotion at Deakin University in Melbourne. In 2009 Kara began training for 6 years as a vocalist under Frank Sita at the Stia School of music in South Yarra Melbourne. Kara (aka mISSkARA), now lives & performs across Melbourne & travels often to the Gold Coast & surrounding areas for sound healing & DJ gigs.
