Sourdough Basics Workshop

About

Over 2hours learn the art of traditional sourdough baking.

This is a hands on workshop where you will actually prepare the bread with direction and support. We aim to help build your confidence and understanding in both preparation and baking sourdough bread using basic principles and easy to understand processes. We want you to leave this workshop and be able to go home and replicate the process in your own kitchen.

Take home a freshly baked loaf of sourdough bread and your own 100yr old culture to love and nurture – a combined value of $25

An intimate group of no more than six people.

Light refreshments including tea, coffee, home baked goodies and fresh fruit and veg platter.

Children and babes in arms welcome.

Please bring:

– a notepad and pen

– a tea towel

– an apron or clothes you don’t mind getting dirty

– a bottle of water
