The Coolangatta Hotel presents Summer Dayz!!
This months feature artists are rock and grunge infused bands Eyesite, Verum and Trillions. This is a FREE event in the downstairs public bar.
Eyesite: Hailing from Kingscliff, Eyesite breathes new life into the grunge scene. Formed in 2019, this young powerhouse, influenced by 90s icons, infuses their heavy sound with modern energy. With gritty riffs and powerful vocals, Eyesite’s live performances are a captivating blend of nostalgia and contemporary flair. Their debut EP, “In My Head,” released in 2023, has quickly earned them a devoted local following, marking Eyesite as a rising force in the grunge revival.
Verum: High school friends turned band mates. The boys from Verum have found their sound with roots in grunge, punk and alt rock. They began jamming in the garage in 2018 to now playing all over the East coast Australian music scene. Verum have drawn from a wide range of influences to create something unique, that will draw you in from the get go.
Trillions: Emerging onto the scene in 2023, Trillions have hit the ground running quickly making a name for themselves with their loud and energetic performances that keep the audience hanging in for more. Hailing from the sunshine coast Trillions bring an alternative rock sound to the stage for fans of acts such as Muse, Nirvana, Foo Fighters, Silverchair.
