Many women struggle with nutrition and nailing the basics. We will answer all your questions + invaluable education to get you results!!

This 60-minute workshop will have all your questions answered! You will be able to move forward with more confidence in your food choices and simple and easy strategies to get you great results.

General Topic outline:

Why restrictive/extreme diets don’t work – The basics to weight loss.

How to make simple and easy meals;

What progress looks like;

Avoiding black-and-white thinking and perfectionist pitfalls when it comes to nutrition;

Daily habits to work towards;

What are macros and how to add up your macros (i.e. to make sure you are eating enough protein each day);

Good meal portions: your day on a plate;

We look at high-calorie food items that are low in food volume (quick to eat) and do not make you feel satisfied! We compare this to other foods that have lower calories but more overall volume and help with satiety levels for longer.

What (if any) adjustments to make to your daily nutrition requirements based on levels of activity or inactivity, including foods to eat before/after weight lifting to maximise gains;

How to set targets/goals for weight loss including using apps or other devices to record your progress or as learning tools;

When supplements might help and what kind?

We look forward to seeing you there
