July’s circle theme is emotional connection.

The Cosmic energy of July is a time of looking at your life in general, tracing your steps taken so far and considering the journey ahead, whether you are on your true path. What are your intentions for YOUR happiness? What are your beliefs? This might be a time to reinforce, question, and reconsider them. Especially limiting beliefs about yourself that are holding you back. We will discuss all possible ways of removing obstacles in our way, and how we can overcome what blocks our path to success, wealth, freedom and greater health and well-being. We will delve deeply into the effect emotions have on us, and their vibrations. By observing our emotions, we can see how the vibrations of each emotion gets sent out into the cosmos and either opens up new paths to abundance or blocks and closes them up.

We will be using the book The Awakened Woman by Tererai Trent, looking at excerpts to discuss the paths we are on in our life, reading what she has to say about sacred dreams. If you want to read it, purchase or borrow a copy. I think it is also available on audio. Tererai Trent is also on Youtube. Check her out! She is the inspiration behind why these women’s circles began!

All our circles include:

– Guided meditation for grounding the body, centring and calming the mind.

– Cacao ceremony to open your heart and connect with the five elements – earth, water, fire, air and ether.

– Discussion of excerpts of books, podcasts, TEDx talks, articles etc

We will discuss topics, silently meditate, journal and draw.

We will have the crystal singing bowls for a sound bath healing this month again too! You will leave fealing relaxed with a full happy heart.

Wednesday 20 July | 6.30pm to 8.00pm | Clear Skies Project, 30 Griffith Street, Coolangatta | $12 or donation of your choice.

Cost covers materials and venue hire, if you want to pay it forward to another sister, let us know and we will arrange for someone to receive your gift anonymously.

Bring a yoga mat, blanket, your own pillow if you wish (there are some pillows there), snacks (if you wish) and water. Bring anything that will allow you to be comfortable and relaxed. Bring a journal or notebook. BYO cup for cacao. Bring a friend!

We can’t wait to welcome you into our clrcle. This is a special space for you to feel safe, heard and seen.

We will be child free, although breastfeeding babies and teenage daughters are welcome.
