Do you feel tense in parts of your body?

Do you feel stressed throughout your day?

Are you ready to supercharge your daily performance?

Think of the breath as a tool on your tool belt – there to be used whenever you need it. Yet often it’s the not knowing how to use it, that stops us from doing so.

In this workshop, you will learn how to utilise the power of YOUR breath as a tool to aid in regulating stress levels, to alleviate pain and tension and to experience how it can boost your daily performance.

I’m excited to share with you various ways, in which YOU can benefit fromthis tool, so you know when and how to use it to your advantage. To get the oxygen advantage.

The breath has been an integral part in transforming my mental, physical and emotional health.

I believe that it can do the same for you too.

In this workshop we will explore…

Principles of breathing

The power of nasal breathing
