This free professional training session will help understand trauma/vicarious trauma and build resilience and psychological work safety.

Tweed Shire Council is now offering free professional development training around resilience, psychological safety at work, trauma/vicarious trauma and empowerment through workplace trauma specialists, the Xfactor Collective.
The training topic will be:
Resilient Responders – resilience, psychological safety at work, understanding trauma and vicarious trauma.
The Xfactor Collective is a Northern Rivers based charity specialising in social sector wellbeing and resilience. Face-to-face training is facilitated by trauma psychologist, Adam Blanch.
About the trainer
Trauma specialist Adam Blanch has delivered trainings to staff and volunteers from hundreds of not-for-profit and community organisations around Australia including more than 50 organisations in the Northern Rivers.
Adam is a trauma psychologist, lives in the Northern Rivers, and knows first-hand the impact of natural disasters on rural and regional communities.
