Tweed Aboriginal Co-operative Society, alongside the NAIDOC Committee hold a cultural day at Minjungbal Museum & Cultural Centre. Kids Caring for Country will provide experiences for the jarjums and they will also be dancing on the day. There is an activity with DPIE Fisheries – however this is already fully subscribed. The Museum will be open free to the public on the day. And There will be a free sausage sizzle cooked by our Tweed Police ACLO and the community.
Get up! Stand Up! Show Up! With us to amplify our voices and narrow the gap between aspiration and reality, good intent and outcome at these Tweed Heads NAIDOC Week Events.
Tweed Heads NAIDOC Committee have worked hard with our partners to ensure there are events throughout the week to engage all aspects of the community.
