OPEN TO ALL SPORTS. 2-hour clinic focusing on the skill of Acceleration and First-step Quickness. Learn the 4 Steps to Explosive Speed. Designed to turn slow & sluggish players into explosively fast and confident players. We’ll cover the essential components required to improve – Speed, Strength, Power & Flexibility. We use fun games and drills to teach young athletes in an easy-to-understand and implement manner.

Delivered by a fully Qualified and Experienced Strength & Conditioning Coach who has coached thousands of young athletes across Australia.

Open to all sports (not just rugby players). Any young athlete that wants to be able to run FAST! From 8-14yrs.

We have a lot to cover, please arrive 10 min prior to start.
