Join Amy King as she leads you through a powerful and deeply nourishing, healing embodied movement journey, as well as rejuvenating meditation and sound healing. After which you will be invited to join your sisters in a sharing circle while you sip healing tea made fresh from Amys garden, you are welcome to share or not share, to listen and to be heard in a safe and held space.The circle will close with a short but sweet kirtan
( musical mantra meditation).
At the end of all this goodness a divine vegetarian meal will be shared.
