Partner Yoga Event

This unique gathering invites you to deepen your connection with yourself and your partner through a fun, dynamic & creative practice of partner yoga.

To foster a deeper sense of connection and openness to receive, smile, laugh & play we will start our class with some synchronized Breathwork, subtle movement to warm up the body and then move into a series of postures together that challenge our balance, test our strength and promote flexibility.

At the end of our practice you will be introduced to Thai yoga massage, which is where you can discover the joy of giving and receiving, as you and your partner take turns in experiencing the healing power of touch.
We will finish with a short guided Metta meditation, to then enjoy some chocolate & tea together.
