Giving teenagers new ways to cope with stress and emotions through meditation and writing.
If your teenager is struggling with their sense of self, emotions, bullying or belonging then this Workshop will help. I have created this workshop to give teenagers the space to learn new skills in a positive fun environment. They will learn ways to process and sit with themselves and their feelings.
The morning will include –
Beautifully bound journal that they will use on the day, Guided Meditation, Mindfulness walk, Morning tea, Guided journalling, Gratitude and Forgiveness ceremony.
Bring water, Wear comfortable clothes, Bring a jacket if it cold as we will be going outside.
Arrive at 8.45 am for a 9 am start.
