Join us for our first Feel to Heal movement and wellness retreat hosted by Eve White and Amarina Toby at the eco Sattva Sanctuary in Burringbar 20th – 23rd June, 2024.

Hosted in a serene village tucked away in the mountains of the Tweed Hinterland, this retreat offers an immersive 3-day experience from First Nation practitioners. Uniting ancient and modern practices of movement, join us for a nurturing celebration of the depths of winter.

Allow yourself to be immersed in our offerings of yoga, dance, somatic movement, meditation, breath work, Zen Thai Shiatsu, integrative health, journalling, creative expression and ritual creating with access to vibrant Syntropic gardens and natural pond, replenished by pure mountain water.

Our Feel to Heal retreat is an opportunity to refill your mental and emotional cup in the depths of winter whilst surrounding yourself amongst community, eating hearty food and a sipping on a hot chai next to the fire.

T&C 

As this is our first retreat, it will be available to 18+ only. Our practitioners may have their infants on site during meals, but cannot at this stage offer children a place at the retreat. Please lookout for our future wellness and movement retreats which will be family friendly. 

During your stay, professional shoot (photography, videography, aerial image or footage) is not permitted at Sattva. Candid photos of your retreat experience at Sattva are welcome. 

Smoking is strictly prohibited at Sattva Sanctuary.

Please be mindful of our neighbors and fellow guests by minimising noise, particularly after 9pm.

No meat, no fish and no alcohol are allowed on the property.
