Women are invited to connect, share, learn and teach in a collective experience of Therapeutic Sound and Shamanic Practice.

Held monthly in Kingscliff NSW, these gatherings are an invitation for women to connect, share, learn and teach in a collective experience of Therapeutic Sound and Shamanic Practice. Designed to deepen listening skills, develop our extra-sensory perceptions and explore holistic, heart-centred and authentic living themes.

We begin with an active exploration of the subtle senses through practical exercises which are fun interactive, and nourishing, helping us to learn how to hold space for each other and feel into the collective energies present within the circle and set intentions for our dreamings.

This is followed by an hour-long shamanic sound journey designed to relax, rejuvenate, inspire and rest deeply. Being as comfortable as possible is ideal during this part.

Amanda weaves her voice, drum, rattle, flute and bowls to create an energetic healing space infused with the intentions of all in the circle.

A different, general theme is set for each month.

Afterwards, if desired, there is time to gently ground ourselves through brief sharing and have a cuppa, some hugs, smiles and whatever else is needed to support the journey.
