Details

In our modern way of living, we all experience some level of consequence for our current incredibly demanding, unnaturally stressful, toxic and deficient lifestyles.

But no one bears the brunt of modern life like the modern-day woman.

We are tribal creatures. We lived successfully for thousands of years in multi-generational communities that supported one another, contributed to the group and most-importantly helped mothers raise the next generation.

Today, the modern woman is faced with an incredible and unnatural demand on her energy and resources, in most cases an unthinkable load. Most women in our practice are trying to balance their families with work. Many find themselves pulled in every direction as they try desperately, yet gracefully to fit the mum, wife, professional, daughter, friend roles – not to mention – be their own person. And then the next phase, the wise woman, is not seen for all the knowledge and wisdom that she has collected through her vast experience of life. Of giving life, supporting life, to carry and guide the future generations.

It was time that we provide a resource and a refuge in our practice for these awesome modern-woman, right inside of our practice. A place where 3 generations of like-minded Woman can come together and provide the love, support and information that it takes to be a remarkable Woman today in this wacky, wonderful world!

We wish to acknowledge the Ngandowal and Minyungbal speaking people of the Bundjalung Country, in particular the Goodjinburra, Tul-gi-gin and Moorung – Moobah clans, as being the traditional owners and custodians of the land and waters within the Tweed Shire boundaries. We also acknowledge and respect the Tweed Aboriginal community’s right to speak for its Country and to care for its traditional Country in accordance with its lores, customs and traditions.
