About

This is a 4 week immersion of Yin Yoga.

Each week we deepen in our practice, opening the body and mind to new felt potential and space.

Each 4 week immersion will be themed around a different Element based on TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine).

Working with the elements in Chinese medicine through a Yin Yoga practice can offer similar balancing and harmonising effects to an acupuncture session, helping to promote physical and energetic well-being.

In this 4 week series we begin with the Element of Earth.

The Earth element in our body and Yin Yoga practice fosters stability, groundedness, and a sense of rootedness, helping to enhance physical strength, digestion, and emotional balance.

Suitable for all levels including beginners.
