Yin Yoga Mondays – Nourish and Restore
✨ Are you ready to unwind, reduce stress and nourish your nervous system? Yin is a slow paced meditative style of yoga, full of juicy longer held floor based poses that target the deeper layers of the body to release tension, tightness and improve overall mobility, circulation, energy flow and wellbeing. Your body will love it!
✨ Enjoy a deeply relaxing and restorative experience in a beautiful calming space.
✨ No experience needed/all levels welcome and bookings are essential as numbers are kept small and intimate (max 10)
💛 All props are provided – Mat, bolster & block but feel free to bring anything of your own for extra comfort inc. yoga mat, water bottle, blanket, socks
