Make 2024 your best year yet with this two-hour happiness workshop held on a beautiful Land for Wildlife property at Crystal Creek, outside Murwillumbah.

Learn important concepts about the science of happiness and discover key information about our emotional well being and that of the larger community.

We’ll cover fun, effective, proven techniques that you can start using immediately to raise your happiness levels and improve life. These “happiness habits” are not a big time commitment and they result in marked positive life changes with regular practice.

A sampling of the day’s exercises:

  • Sunning Meditation
  • Cupping (short exercise to a favourite song)
  • Inner Ease Technique
  • Tune into Your Body’s Wisdom

When: Friday, the 9th of February 2024

Where: Crystal Creek NSW – Kuuranya Cafe
