Introducing Process Group Therapy: 2-hour Interactive Workshop
Details
Learn about process group therapy as a way to explore relational patterns, fears, desires & conflicts in a therapeutic space
Feeling burdened by the demand on your services as a private practitioner? Longing to have the support of more therapeutic programs where clients can reflect, learn, experiment and grow?
We are so lucky to have Dr. Christopher Zurawic in our beautiful region. Immigrating from the States 2 years ago, he has established himself in private practice as both a therapist and group facilitator. After offering process group programs for 18 years, he has accumulated a wealth of knowledge around relational processes and patterns. As part of this, he has spent years observing ways in which relationship experiences have fundamental impact on our overall mental health and wellbeing. He is therefore a real advocate for process group therapy as a way of supporting individuals to deepen their connections, explore their needs, address conflicts, and observe other patterns which have typically played out over time.
To share this passion, Dr. Christopher will be facilitating a 2-hour interactive workshop on the 29th July 2022 @ Ascending Psychology. The first half of the program will be direct experiential learning with all those who attend. This will give therapists the opportunity to experience this powerful process in real time. The second half will focus on theoretical components of group. The intention of this offering is to have the visceral feeling of process group therapy and to reflect on how this might compliment the individual therapy that we typically offer.
