Have you ever felt like you’re an Apple surrounded by a bunch of Bananas?!

Then now’s your chance to join us for another cracker of a Business Networking Event with renowned business speaker and facilitator Lynne Schinella, and to discover “how to live, love and work with people you just don’t get!”

If you’ve ever been frustrated with someone you work or live with, you can’t afford to miss this breakfast where you’ll discover if you’re an Apple, Mango, Lime or Banana and what impact that has for the people in your life. We guarantee you’ll leave with tools to use immediately!

With the help of the FRUIT Personality Profiling Tool, Lynne will get you and your colleagues or loved ones laughing at your differences and on the path to thinking and working effectively together.

Lynne Schinella is a communications expert, professional conference speaker and facilitator and author of two books including, ‘Bite Me! the do’s and don’ts of dealing with our differences’ and ‘Pick Me! Loving and Living with People You Just Don’t Get’.

Her career adventures have taken her from a start in tourism through to working with diverse teams across a range of industries with her performance improvement company, Schinella Incentives. So, when it comes to understanding what drives engagement, performance and productivity, she’s seen it first-hand.

Recognising that the most successful teams were made up of diverse thinkers, Lynne went on to establish a training company designed to help people engage effectively for personal and professional results.

Ripe Learning was founded in 2001 and in 2004, Lynne created the FRUIT Personality Profiling Tool. Since that time, she has used this system to train thousands of people on how to work with the strengths and challenges of being an Apple, Mango, Lime or Banana.

Lynne has observed human behaviour in the workplace for over 30 years and is passionate about tolerance and respect for our differences whether gender, culture, generation, personality types or any other, believing this is the foundation needed to resolving conflict and dealing with our differences.

This is another Murwillumbah & District Business Chamber event not to be missed.

Book your tickets now to secure your spot, you don’t want to miss this one!
