Learn innovative thinking skills, and how to prioritise the act of pausing and reflecting as critical for leveraging transformation.

Transformational strategy for CHSP services

“If you do what you’ve always done…”

Avoid the mistake of rushing into a planning process, developing a hasty roadmap and then engaging in business-as-usual actions that do not lead to meaningful change.

This two part workshop couples contemporary strategic thinking skills with practical planning processes to revolutionise your strategic or tactical plan.

The workshop series will suit executives, senior leaders and their boards who are considering how best to respond to impending aged care reform and challenging operating conditions.

PART 1 Strategic Thinking – The Power of the pause

In the first session Dane Jacka teaches innovative thinking skills, prioritising the act of pausing and reflecting as critical for leveraging transformation.

Combine theory and practical exercises to transform thinking about your organisation:

• Reflect on organisational metaphor, story and narrative

• Reconceive products and services as customer solutions

• Develop a detailed map of your organisational resources and capabilities

• Identify which resources can be better utilised

• Identify external forces and develop a plan to respond

About Dane Jacka:

Dane has been working with for-purpose, value-led organisations for 20 years, developing innovative and values-informed solutions to organisational problems.
