Allison Summers is an experienced transformational coach, energy healing practitioner and group facilitator who has designed and delivered people strategies, training and executive coaching programs for a range of businesses in Australia and the United States. She is passionate about supporting women to come back to themselves, learn how to connect inwardly and create a soul driven, purposeful life.

Lija Austen – SEED Program Facilitator

Lija is the founder of Kingscliff Saltwater Studio and a registered counsellor and life coach. She comes from a family of highly successful entrepreneurs who have grown several businesses from concept stage to multi-million dollar enterprises. She worked for over 10 years in an international management consultancy and integrates that experience with her counselling and life coaching skills to bring a balanced and holistic approach to supporting women to grow businesses in a way that embraces balance, whole self alignment and fulfilling success.
