Join Amy for a morning of family wellbeing.
Together you and your little ones will stretch, breath, laugh + love.
The class is interactive as you move through the poses, games + relaxation together.
Combining all the elements of a general practise in a fun way for everyone’s enjoyment.
Families of all shapes and sizes + little yogi’s of all ages welcome.
Family Yoga is free for our Boheme Golden Members or by donation of $20 per family.
All proceeds go towards our not for profit organisation Chase the Sun Wellbeing.
Where we share resources for home wellbeing to help empower you + your family, providing you your own personal toolkit to help guide with making healthy decisions, discovering self-awareness, building confidence, resilience + increasing overall wellbeing.
